I'm here, I'm listening, I can help

I have years of experience and confidence working with a myriad of mental health issues. My current interest is working with couples struggling with relationship issues stemming from poor communication, emotional disconnection, or infidelity, as well as individuals with anxiety, depression, or trauma. At this time I am seeing clients exclusively through teletherapy. Due to the constraints and limitations of insurance companies, I have chosen not to contract with them for payment. My fee is $100 for a one hour session, or $150 for a 90 minute session. I also offer a 6-week Couples Communication class via zoom. The fee for that class is $200 per couple.
